National Environmental Board (NEB) in Thailand has approved the environmental impact assessment report for the yellow Line elevated metro rail project. The authority Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) is currently negotiating with concessionaire Eastern Bangkok Monorail (EBM) over compensation issues.

The yellow line is facing delays due to the corona pandemic.
