Ministry of Finance in Egypt has announced plans to launch tendering process for the development of a dry port and logistics center located in 10th Ramadan city.
After successfully signing the contract for the construction of a dry port in the Sixth of October City with a private partner, the ministry is planning to choose a concessionaire for its second dry port public-private partnership (PPP) concession in 10th of Ramadan city.
The dry port aims to process the goods faster, reducing the time for customs to release goods and prevent the accumulation of containers.
