Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population has signed three memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Qatari companies for the potential development of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in the field of health care services.
The MoUs were signed between the Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population and Power International Holding, Aamal Company and Al Qamra Holding Group. The According to the MoUs, the Ministry of Health will work to identify the most suitable places for investments for listed companies and to simplify procedures and licenses to start the activity process.
Al Qamra Holding specializes in real estate, construction, education, aquaculture services to agriculture. Aamal Company, through its subsidiaries, provides various services such as retail, medical, trading, construction, real estate, business support, travel and industrial investment. Power International Holding (PIH) has a portfolio of businesses from 5 key sectors: general contracting, real estate development, agriculture and food Industries, lifestyle (hospitality, entertainment and catering) and general services.
