Egis to Lead Engineering and Architectural Consultancy for Dubai Exhibition Centre Expansion

Egis has announced its integral role in the AED 10 billion (US$ 2.72 billion) Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) expansion at Expo City Dubai, UAE. 

Upon completion of the expansion, DEC will span 1.2 km and include an impressive 180,000 square meters of exhibition space designed to host global events and drive the future of business tourism in Dubai. As Lead Engineering Consultant, Egis is responsible for overseeing a wide range of services including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design. The scope of work also includes critical aspects such as value engineering, sustainability, compliance with statutory and legal requirements, and the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to ensure precision in project execution.
