Edmonton launches tender for Organics Processing Facilities Project

The City of Edmonton has launched a prequalification tender for the development of the Organics Processing Facilities project. 

The project will be developed through the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Maintain (DBFOM) arrangement.
