The Ministry of Public Works of Chile held the Economic Bids Opening Act for the Coquimbo Hospital concession.
The offer of the CRCC Chile Group was the most favorable for the State since it considered a fixed subsidy for construction (SFC) of UF 421,168 (US$14.4 million) and a fixed subsidy for operation (SFO) of UF 135,700 (US$4.66 million).
The US$274 million PPP project in the city of Coquimbo involves the development of a hospital across an area of 132,000 m2. It will consist of 605 beds and other necessary infrastructure for medical, dental and non-medical consultations, childbirth and emergency services.
