Miami-Dade County has issued a draft of the second phase Request for Proposals (RFP) to the three bidding teams shortlisted to design, build, finance and maintain a new civil and probate courthouse in the county, located in southern Florida, south-east USA.
The authority has conducted individual negotiation meetings with each of the three teams, shortlisted from five respondents in January 2019. The teams are:
The final Phase 2 RFP will be issued in April 2019, with bids due in August. This will enable construction of the courthouse to commence in July 2020.
