DIF Capital Partners is planning to divest from three Irish motorway concessions. The transaction involves sale of 50% stake in M50 Motorway and 80% stake in M3 and M4 motorway concessions.

M50 motorway is a 24 km ring road surrounding Dublin and it acts as Ireland's main highway. M3 toll road provides strategic 50 km link between Dublin and the Northeast of Ireland. 36 km long M4 highway facilitates a connection between Kilcock and Kinnegad near Dublin. All roads are in operation for at least 12 years.
