DIF Infrastructure III has completed the sale of its 53 MW solar portfolio to Ullico Inc.’s infrastructure investment business. The solar projects achieved commercial operations between 2012 and 2015. The portfolio consists of for solar plants:
10 MW Illumination solar photovoltaic project
10 MW Goldlight solar farm in Ontario
11 MW Stone Mills solar farm in Ontario
10 MW Glenarm solar project in Ontario
