DIF Infra VI completes acquisition of Bernhard

Bernhard Capital Partners Management has announced the closing of the sale of Bernhard, LLC, to DIF Capital Partners, a leading global independent infrastructure investment fund manager, through its fund DIF Infrastructure VI.

Bernhard is the largest privately-owned Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solutions company in the United States and it is the first portfolio company of BCP. The company delivers turnkey projects and custom solutions in the USA and has a huge experience in energy and infrastructure project, servicing higher education, healthcare, commercial and specialty markets.
