Provincial Government of Sindh, Pakistan has envisaged to develop Dhabeji Industrial Zone on 1530 acres in District Thatta. The project is already declared a “Priority SEZ” by the Government of Pakistan under the Industrial Cooperation phase of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The project will offer state-of-the-art infrastructure, utilities at the doorstep and easy access to the ports of Karachi and the main railway line (ML-1).
It is ideally located near Karachi which provides a gateway to Central Asia, South Asia, Middle East and Africa. Hence, making it the most viable and connected Industrial Zone in the region.
The project will be launched under the Public-Private Partnership mode on Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain & Transfer (DBFOT) basis through the International Competitive Bidding process.
