The Ottawa Hospital Build Partners has begun the development phase for the Ottawa Hospital-Civic Campus Redevelopment Project in Ottawa, Canada.

The consortium will engage in cooperative efforts with IO and The Ottawa Hospital under the Development Phase Agreement. Additionally, collaboration with the Ministry of Health will continue to progress the design and establish fixed pricing. Following the completion of the development phase, it is anticipated that The Ottawa Hospital Build Partners will proceed to enter into a fixed-price project agreement with the Ottawa Hospital. This agreement will encompass the design, construction, financing, and maintenance aspects of the new Campus Redevelopment project.
