Lambeth Council has launched a search for a development partner to deliver 450 new homes across six sites within the borough as part of its New Homes Programme.
A minimum of 150 of the planned homes will be designated as affordable. Initiated in March 2024, the programme aims to provide at least 500 affordable homes on council-owned land by 2030. Potential development partners must ensure they can deliver over 450 homes across the initial sites, with at least 35% of these homes being affordable. The 150 affordable homes should be started on-site by 2030, with at least 70% for social rent.
