Development partner sought for New Ferry regeneration PPP
Wirral council is seeking a development partner for its regeneration masterplan for three sites located in the center of New Ferry Town. The sites are situated along the main New Chester Road. The scope of works involves the development of 79 new housing units which will have a mixture of two and three-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments as well as 1,000 square meters of retail floor space.
The council will provide resources to assist with the full land assembly and site preparation as well as highways and environmental improvements to the area.
