Swansea Council has sought a development partner to develop two Housing Department-owned sites (Milford A and Milford B) for residential use in the Penderry ward in Swansea, UK.
As a component of the Penderry Regeneration Framework, the Council will maintain full ownership of at least 40% of the residences on these properties as affordable housing. The chosen supplier(s) must provide Community Benefits to advance the authority's economic and social goals as stipulated in the contract. Consequently, performance criteria for the contract may emphasize social and environmental factors. Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically, with a deadline of June 20, 2024.
