Developer selected for DCAMM Hurley Redevelopment Project

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has announced Leggat McCall Properties (LMP) as the redevelopment partner for the DCAMM Hurley Redevelopment Project in Boston, USA.

The project involves the development of a 347,000 sq ft. building located at 19 Staniford Street. It consists of offices for the Department of Unemployment Assistance, MassHire/Department of Career Services, and other state offices. The project will be LEED Gold certified and promote decarbonization through energy reduction and recovery. It intends to enhance public space, create jobs and better utilization of state assets.

LMP will be responsible for substantial restoration and preservation of the Hurley Building, including retaining and complementing large portions of the existing structure while transforming the interior to accommodate new state office space.
