The Investment Partnership Program Council (CPPI) has qualified more than 3,000 kilometers of highways in Santa Catarina, allowing studies to be carried out on the possibility of a concession in Brazil.
The Ministry of Infrastructure is planning to carry out a joint concession of 1,647 kilometers of federal highways and 1,506 kilometers of state highways. The feasibility studies for the concession are in the final stage. The studies are being conducted by Planning and Logistics Company SA (EPL), with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
The federal highways included in the concession are : BR-153 (120 km in extension); BR-158 (152.20 km in extension); BR-163 (58.3 km in extension); BR-280 (333.7 km in extension); BR-282 (631 km in extension); BR-470 (344.5 km in extension); and BR-480 (7.80 km in extension)
The state highways included in the concession are : SC-108 (233.4 km in extension); SC-110 (33.6 km in extension); SC-114 (131.3 km in extension); SC-120 (58.5 km in extension); SC-135 (56.8 km in extension); SC-155 (70.9 km in extension); SC-157 (108.8 km in extension); SC-163 (63.4 km in extension); SC-280 (8.10 km in extension); SC-283 (189 km in extension); SC-350 (120.8 km in extension); SC-355 (57.2 km in extension); SC-370 (33.7 km in extension); SC-386 (21.6 km in extension); SC-410 (23.5 km in extension); SC-412 (28.8 km in extension); SC-416 (27.4 km in extension); SC-417 (20.6 km in extension); SC-418 (68 km in extension); SC-421 (19.7 km in extension); SC-445 (9.2 km in extension); SC-452 (39.6 km in extension); SC-453 (29.8 km in extension); SC-480 (23.4 km in extension); and SC-486 (30.2 km in extension).
