The Kentucky High-speed broadband network P3 project is moving forward despite costly delays. Initially, completion of the project was expected by the end of this year, but Randy Lutke Communications Director with (KCNA) Kentucky Communications Network Authority announced delays have pushed back the deadline.

Over 831 miles of high-speed fiber optic cable have been constructed across the state. It has been recently announced that the project will see completion early 2020.
