Deadline for Greek administrative centre extended

The Greek government extended the deadline for interested parties to submit bids on the Andreas Lentakis Government Park project to October 11, 2024. The previous deadline was September 26, 2024.
The project is a public-private partnership (PPP) involving a private partner building an administrative complex as part of a larger urban park in Athens' Dafni-Ymittos municipality. The project is valued at more than EUR 420 million (US$ 467 million) and will be delivered through a design, build, finance, operate, and maintain PPP.
