Deadline extension for Lumbo Spring Bulk Water Supply project

The San Pablo City Water District (SPCWD) and Dolores Water District (DWD) in Laguna, Philippines have extended the deadline to submit the bids for Lumbo Spring Bulk Water Supply Project. The project includes finance, construct, operate, and maintain water transmission pipe.
