Deadline Extended for Volos Port Authority Project Tender in Athens

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has extended the deadline of Expression of Interest (EOI) for the development of Volos Port Authority S.A. (V.P.A. S.A.) in Athens, Greece.

The deadline for EOI in the tender is extended by 14 days until February 03, 2023. The chosen consortium will acquire 67% of the majority stake in the company's share capital. The scope of work includes:

  • freight and container services, steel and scrap metal, dry and wet bulk cargo;  
  • passenger services, including ferry boats to the Sporades islands and cruise activities.

Deloitte Business Solutions SA, Euroconsultants SA act as financial advisors and Doxiadis Associates act as technical advisor.

The Concession Agreement between the State and V.P.A. is for 60 years from its signing and expires in 2062.
