The University of Thessaly in Greece has extended deadline for tender notice seeking a private developer for student housing and educational facilities project in Volos and Lamia. 

The project involves the development of modern educations campuses for student housing, educational, and research needs in Volos and Lamia campuses of the University of Thessaly. The project procurement will be done on a design, build, finance, operate, and transfer basis.

The concession period for the project is 30 years.
