The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus has extended the deadline for the submission of prequalification tender document for the M10 motorway upgrade project to September 02, 2019. te previous deadline to submit the documents was July 31, 2019.
The awarded private partner will be responsible for the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the 5 sections of the M-10 highway.
