The City of Houston has extended the deadline of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the concessions of food and beverage as well as retail premises at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, USA.
The project includes two packages for concessions- Package 1 involves the development of 16 food and beverage locations, while Package 2 consists of the development of 10 news, gift and specialty retail locations. Both concessions will be located within Terminal D, covering also a new west concourse and ticketing hall and arrivals building for both Terminals D and E. The facilities are planned to be available for development by selected concessionaires with expected completion between 2022- 2025. The concession contract will be awarded for a 10-year period.
