Deadline extended for Beck Avenue mixed-use PPP project in USA

The City of Panama in Florida, USA has extended the deadline to submit the proposals for the mixed-use development on-site located at Beck Avenue and W 13th Street. 

The selected private partner will deliver affordable housing, retail spaces, and paid parking spaces on the site. The project aims to increase retail activity along Beck Avenue, integrate the site with the urban design of the St. Andrew’s commercial district and supply public parking in the area.
