The Federal Government of Brazil has extended the deadline to submit the proposals for the Baixio irrigation project in Bahia.
The new deadline is March 09, 2022, and the project will be auctioned on March 15, 2022. The deadline was extended after several interest firms requested additional time to study the project and formulate the proposals due to the complexity of the works.
The Baixio irrigation project will be the largest one in Latin America covering an area of almost 105 thousand hectares out of which at least 48 thousand hectares will be irritable. For more information about this tender, visit our business opportunities page here.
