The Ministry of Investment and Economic Development in Poland has extended the deadline for a second time for its tender seeking a private partner for the State Archives PPP concession.
The project involves the development of five state archives buildings with a cumulative carpet area of 28,021.37 sqm on the design, finance, construction and maintenance (DBFM) model. These buildings will be located in Koszalin, Łódź, Piotrków Trybunalski, Poznań and Szczecin. The concession period for the project is 25 years. The estimated investment amount of the project is PLN280.56 million (US$70.29 million).
