Danish pension fund invests in AIP Infrastructure II

Lærernes Pension has acquired a DKK1 billion (US$152 million) stake from PKA in AIP Infrastructure II, a fund focused on energy transition investments in Europe and North America.

This transaction marks final close for AIP Infrastructure II fund with DKK30 billion (US$4.57 billion) capital. The fund investors include PKA, PenSam, Storebrand Asset Management, AkademikerPension, and Lærernes Pension, as well as a group of Swiss institutional investors.
