Global placement agent Atlantic-Pacific Capital has announced the final closing of Dalmore Capital 3 (DCF 3) on its hardcap with GBP950 million (US$1.24 billion) of capital commitments.
DCF 3 received vast support from a diverse group of new and existing investors across the UK, Germany and Asia. The offering attracted a wide range of institutional investors, including public and corporate pension funds, insurance groups and investment management groups.
