Cube Infrastructure Managers (Сube) has announced the acquisition of a leading operator of district heating networks in the Czech Republic MVV Energie CZ a.s. through its Cube Infrastructure Fund III.
After the acquisition of MVV Energie CZ, the company's team will remain the same, and the structure and functioning will not change. The acquisition will allow MVV Energie CZ to expand its portfolio of services for households and businesses focused on sustainable energy solutions of the future. Cube's investment will provide sustainable infrastructure assets to local communities and authorities.
MVV Energie CZ sold 690 GWh of heat and 170 GWh of electricity and generated EUR78 million (US$82 million) in revenue in 2021.
