The Regional Energy Agency of Northwestern Croatia REGEA has launched a PPP concession to replace 40% of the public lighting network in Zagreb.
The project is part of the Zagreb smart city initiative and aims to save operational costs as well as reduce electricity consumption by 75% or 21 GWh per year.
