Toulouse-Blagnac airport privatization opposition (CGT, FSU31 and Solidaires) appealed to the administrative court for examination of their request for the cancellation of the sale that took place in 2015. The privatization of the airport was in progress and set to sale to Chinese Casil Europe. The opposition is hoping to get a decision in their favor. The opposition has lost their claim once, but they presented new arguments to the court.

The take over offer came from Casil Europe in association with SNC Lavalin in September. But since then in November SNC Lavalin's name disappeared from the proposal. It is considered against the law to change the application along the way. As per opposition group, this would be a reason for cancellation and the court must deliberate. The court is expected to announce its decision in 2 to 10 weeks.
