Miami-Dade County in Florida, USA has issued a request for qualifications for a public-private partnership (PPP) advisory pool. The Internal Service Department of Miami-Dade County is planning to establish an advisory pool to be used when PPP projects are identified in the county. The county is seeking qualifications for a PPP and Infrastructure Advisory Services.
The pool will consist of at least three members, membership in the pool will be prerequisite for opportunities to submit proposals and/or be awarded a contract for projects. Under this pool County is planning to award potential projects in the future with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, which will include the Biosolids Processing Facility, automatic meter reading, Northwest Well Field Water Treatment Facility, West District Wastewater Treatment Plant and peak flow wastewater management tunnel.
