Cosco Shipping Ports Limited (CSPL) is negotiating with Hamburger Hafen & Logistik to purchase a minority stake in HHLA Container Terminal Tollerort GmbH (CTT).
CTT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hamburger Hafen & Logistik, which operates a container terminal in Hamburg Port. The discussions for commercial and legal cornerstones are underway for the strategic partnership of both companies.
