The state capital of Hanover has awarded two contracts for the development of a new school at Hanover Mühlenberg, Germany.

This project will develop in two construction phases a new five-class elementary school with 2 single-field sports halls and a 5-group family center. The 1st phase will build a new elementary school in the northern part of the property, while in the 2nd construction phase, the sports halls and the family center will be constructed. The selected private partners are the following:

• Akzente Architektur & Landschaft is selected to assist with quality assurance for the project planning. The value of the contract is EUR0.403 million (US$0.44 million)
• AUG. PRIEN Bauunternehmung will be responsible for the construction of the school. The value of the contract is EUR34.82 million (US$38.19 million).
