Contracting authority cancels bid received for road project in West Bengal

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has annulled a bid it received from IRB Infrastructure Developers earlier this month for the NH 19 Dankuni to Palsit road PPP project in West Bengal. IRB Infrastructure Developers was selected as a preferred bidder to build, operate and transfer the road project.

The project was going to be implemented on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) mode. The concession period was 17 years, including a construction period of 910 days.
