The Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment (PROINVERSIÓN) has planned to award the Ancón Industrial Park project in the Q3 of 2023 in Peru.
The project will take place on a 1,338-ha parcel of land in the Ancón district, owned by the Ministry of Production (PRODUCE). Out of this, 715 ha will be designated for industrial, commercial, business park, and truck center purposes. The project aims to establish a new development hub in Ancón, contributing to urban planning and driving economic activity in North Lima. It will strengthen the productive and logistics corridor between the Port of Callao, Jorge Chávez International Airport, Industrial Park, and Port of Chancay in Lima. This initiative will foster an integrated ecosystem where large and medium-sized companies, as well as SMEs, can collaborate and form new industrial relationships.
The entity or consortium chosen for the Ancón Industrial Park project must demonstrate technical capacity by showing previous experience in developing industrial land and/or industrial park projects. They must also possess the financial capability to ensure the planned investment and provide a guarantee for contract fulfillment, among other specified requirements.
