Economy, Science and Technology Bureau in the Government of Qingbaijiang District, China has signed the concession agreement for Sewage Treatment Plant project in Qingbaijiang with Zhongrong Investment. The project includes the construction and operation of the European Industrial Town Sewage Treatment Plant and relevant facilities and equipment in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. The plant will have planned daily treatment capacity of 20,000 cubic meters for phase 1 of the project, the capacity will be increased to 60,000 cubic meters per day in the next phase.

The investment for the project will be CNY 173.5 million (US$ 24.76 million) and the operation period of the project is 25 years. After the end of the operation period, the infrastructure will be transferred to the Economy, Science and Technology Bureau or other government-designated entity.
