Tatweer Building Company(TBC) in Saudi Arabia has signed the concession contract for the 2nd school bundle, which includes the development of 60 schools in the Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah Region.
The private partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance and maintenance (DBFM) of the school buildings. The project is part of the Vision 2030 program of Saudi Arabia.
The schools will have multipurpose halls and sports fields providing safe, high-quality, advanced, and sustainable educational facilities. Once opened, the schools will provide services to more than 50,000 students in the Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region.
