Skanska has signed a US$120 million contract to revamp a major highway interchange in Corona, southern California, USA.
The primary goal of the State Route 71/91 Interchange Improvement Project is to enhance traffic flow, accessibility, and safety in the busiest corridor of the county.
A new direct connector ramp will be constructed by Skanska to replace the present single-lane connector between eastbound SR91 and northbound SR71. Additionally, Skanska will build a separate auxiliary lane from Green River Road and realign the on-ramp of eastbound SR91.
The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
