AMAALA has signed a contract for the infrastructure development of the first phase of its accommodations at the Employee Village in Triple Bay. The contract was awarded to Haif Trading and Contracting Company, which will be responsible for development of Employee Village located on the Red Sea coast, approximately 13 km north of the wider Triple Bay masterplan.
The village will have capacity to accommodate nearly 20,000 employees featuring recreational facilities and amenities. The village will be connective, encouraging walkability and cycling, and is designed to enable a strong sense of community in a resort setting. Apart from the housing Haif Trading will also be responsible for construction of a network of paths, walkways, street lighting, and public realm landscaping, as well as bulk earthworks and Wadi diversion works.
