Contract signature for four laning of NH-161 section from Kandi to Ramsanpalle

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has signed the concession agreement with Ashoka concessions for the four laning of NH-161 section from Kandi to Ramsanpalle project. The project consists of 39.98 km of stretch. NH-161 has total length of 430 km which connects states of Telangana and Maharastra.

The project will be procured on Hybrid Annuity model (HAM). The project will focus on boosting connectivity for rural and far-off areas of the country.
