SIBS has won a new contract to deliver an additional 1,300 apartments to a large-scale residential project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
This marks SIBS' second order from NEOM in under 4 months, with the initial order for 2,174 apartments already in production. The Design and Build Contract entails creating 1,300 apartments spread across 22 buildings, covering an area of approximately 100,000 sq m. These buildings feature one and two-bedroom high-quality apartments equipped with custom-designed kitchens, exclusive bathrooms, and individual balconies. The structures incorporate solar panels on the roofs and employ low-energy building materials, utilizing a modular building system. Every detail of the buildings is meticulously adapted to meet NEOM's rigorous regulations and is designed for potential relocation as NEOM expands its development across other parts of the region. The entire project is scheduled for commissioning and delivery by Q4 2024.
