Kiel University has awarded the contract for the development of a multi-purpose building for the Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel in Germany. The winning contractor is VINCI Facilities Solutions GmbH, who will be responsible for the design, build, finance as well as operation & maintenance of a multi-storey university building.
With approximately 4,100 sqm area, the building will feature laboratory space, of which 30% for the Faculty of Agriculture and Nutrition ( AEF), office areas, and a data center. The management period will be 25 years.
