West Sussex County Council has appointed Muse Developments as a development partner to deliver housing site PPP in Horsham. The project is named Horsham Enterprise Park, and the new neighborhood will include, in addition to new homes, commercial and public areas.
The total area of Horsham Enterprise Park will be 7.5 ha and it will deliver up to 25084 sq m of employment space, consisting of offices, R&D facilities and an Enterprise Hub. 300 new homes will be constructed, with a 35% affordable housing provision.
As part of the development, Muse Developments will engage with Oxford Innovation to deliver the Enterprise Hub. This will encourage new business and economic activity, with a focus on start-ups, micro and small businesses. The Enterprise Hub will support small business growth in and around the Horsham area.
