AECOM has announced that it has been selected by Fair Park First to provide program management services to Fair Park in Dallas, Texas, USA.
The project involves 8 new structures, a hotel and spaces for understanding the state's industrial past, along with expanding the current 277-ac museums.
It aims to integrate park facilities, preserve historically significant venues, revitalize the park and embody a climate-conscious approach while expanding blue-green infrastructure to mitigate flooding and other environmental risks.
In addition to other services, AECOM is also responsible to manage design, construction, permitting, and closeout on upcoming projects.
