Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Metrolinx in Canada have awarded a fixed-price contract of CAD 175 million (US$ 132.87 million) to Graham Commuter Rail Solutions (GCRS) to design, build and finance the Davenport Diamond Rail Grade Separation project, part of Metrolinx's GO Rail Expansion program.

GCRS was announced as the successful proponent on June 2019 following an open, fair and competitive procurement process overseen by a third party fairness monitor.
At the peak of construction, GCRS anticipates approximately 150 workers on site, the majority which will come from the Greater Toronto Area.
Design work starts immediately and construction will begin in fall 2019, with completion expected in spring 2023.
