Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) have awarded a contract to consortium Trans/FORM for the design, build and finance of the Brampton Courthouse Phase 2 and Toronto Region Bail Centre project.
The estimated value of the contract is approximately CAD82.3 million (US$68.14 million), which will be paid upon achieving interim and substantial completion. This figure does not reflect the total project cost. The total area of the project scope is up to 130,000 square feet.

Construction on both projects will begin in the summer of 2021. IO and MAG are working together on this project, which will be delivered under the Public-Private Partnerships model using the design, build and finance (DBF) approach. The total investment in the project will be announced following a financial close.
