ContourGlobal sells Brazilian hydro business
Infraestrutura Brazil Holding XVII SA and Infraestrutura Brasil Holding XIX SA has completed the acquisition of the hydroelectric generation business of ContourGlobal in Brazil.
The asset consists of nine run-of-river hydroelectric generation assets with 168 MW of gross capacity. The transaction is valued at US$112 million. Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation and BNP Paribas SA acted as financial advisors to ContourGlobal plc.
