The City of Windsor, located in Ontario, south-east Canada, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional consulting services in the development of an Integrated Site Energy Master Plan for two wastewater treatment plants: the Little River Pollution Control Plant (LRPCP) and the Lou Romano Water Reclamation Plant (LRWRP).
The Integrated Site Energy Master Plan will provide a list of actions that will move the plants towards a net zero energy (NZE) future and drastically reduce GHG emissions. The study will look at operational and capital needs and costs, potential for GHG reductions, energy savings, capacity, public-private partnerships and sharing opportunities.
The submission deadline is 31 January 2019. For more information, see the Business Opportunity.
